Great deals! Id like to be able to see the details of the deals Ive purchased by clicking them in the my purchases screen.
Overall, easy to use and updates well. Only improvement is like to see is ability to mark vouchers as used so they dont show in your list anymore.
Never had any problems with WagJag even with a return no problems at all!
Easy to use and very convenient to redeem your vouchers on your phone without having to print it.
Getting better. Would like to be able to share WagJags through text messages and Facebook messenger.
Love the restaurant offers available in my area. Easy to use and present my deals to the retailers
Some bad moments
I dont where to start.
-during signup I clicked the Terms button and the app crashes. Had to type everything in again
-Why isnt the first character automatically capitalizes? (Wrong keyboard type specified)
-Tried to order "Kings Buffet" but said Sold Out after wasting time entering credit card info. But the app said it was available!
Nice attempt at an app but too flaky to be useful
Just an ok app and better deals would be nice. Mostly cheap items from China.
Fine print in the purchased vouchers within the app arent necessarily the same conditions listed in the voucher you receive in your email after purchasing. When you go to the store to redeem the voucher via mobile, youll be denied. (WagJags site says that you can redeem via mobile). So no point in downloading this app. Also, horrible customer service (e.g., Ewelina). No help at all. Attitude was along the lines of; "yea, so what if the app has different a different fine print than desktop version, and there was no indication to check/print from a computer. Good bye."
Enjoy WagJag but you App version is horrible - constantly crashes iPhone6plus. As a Long time customer maybe you should listen.
Customer service garbage
They dont take ur order online or over the phone
You have to come to the location show them a coupon wait for 5 mins to confirm the coupon
And wait 20 mins to get your pizza
Plus topping is less then any regular pizza store
You saving may be 5$
But its not worth it

Although I do like wag jag, the app need some work. It has shut down on me and I keep getting notifications and I cant find out what they are for unless I go through and open a bunch of deals.
